Red Lady Loop sits at the start of the West Side Trails. The 2 mile loop offers rolling hills mixed into aspen and spruce forest as it follows the popular summer trail Woods Walk.

Directions
Via Car:Â From Elk Ave head west towards the end of Elk. Take a right on 1st street and follow all the way down to the end then take a left on Butte Ave/Peanut Lake Road. Follow the road for a 1/2 mile around the corner to a parking lot on the right. It can also be accessed by a second parking area 1/4 mile further on the right. Map.Â
There is also an entrance off of Kebler pass. Map
Route
Enter from either of the 3 entrances and you will find yourself on the loop. Whether you're descending from the Kebler Pass trailhead or climbing form one of the two Peanut Lake Road trailheads, this loop provides a combination of challenging and mellow hills as it crosses open meadows and ducks into the woods walk aspen grove above town.
