Chances are you'll work up an appetite while you're here. The good news is Crested Butte has some serious dining chops, especially for its size. With over 60 restaurants, bars, distilleries, and nightlife venues, use this guide to find the right spot for your palate and your budget.
For a town you can walk end to end in fifteen minutes, Crested Butte punches well above its weight class. Most of the restaurants sit within a few blocks of Elk Ave as you can see on the map.
Knowing a few things will help you make the best of your dining time here: Kitchens typically close earlier than in bigger cities. Expect weekends, holidays and most of summer to be exceptionally busy with longer wait times, so if a place takes reservations, book one. Many spots close for off-season in late spring and again in late fall (use the Open for Season filter).
