Mountain Roots Food Project’s seasonal farm-to-table dinner series celebrates Colorado’s farmers, chefs, and the unforgettable experience of gathering around the table: thoughtfully crafted multi-course meals, local wine pairings, and an evening designed to be savored slowly. The third dinner of the season brings guest chef Johnny Konuk to the Mt. Crested Butte Wedding Pavilion, with the Elk Mountains as the backdrop.
