Desiderata reflects the laid-back mountain environment where they formed in Durango, Colorado. Starting out in the college scene, playing bars and house parties, they had the freedom to experiment to find their own way to create the feel-good, captivating dance music they want to share.
Blending a variety of sounds from Soul, Rock, Funk, Indie, Alternative, and Country leaves their sound without genre. The band doesn’t know how to describe it and will generally leave it up to you to decide. With their genre-defying music and irresistible energy, Desiderata will have you grooving all night long!
