CORE is Crested Butte’s community fitness studio, tucked into 502 Belleview Ave just a block off Elk. The vibe is welcoming rather than intimidating. Classes top out around 15 people, so instructors actually know your name and can adjust movements to your level. From high-energy HIIT and Tabata to strength training, cycling, and dynamic circuit classes at multiple levels, they offer a wide range of options designed to challenge, support, and inspire. Prefer a more personalized approach? Personal training and small group sessions deliver focused guidance and real results.
What sets CORE apart for visitors is the drop-in flexibility. There’s no membership commitment. Single classes are $25, or grab a 10-pack if you’re in town for a week or longer. They also have a Peloton bike available for rental if you’d rather ride solo. The trainers here take a whole-person approach: beyond group classes, CORE offers personal training, small-group sessions (3 to 5 people), nutrition coaching, and a corrective exercise program designed to get you out of pain and back on the trails.
First class is free for visitors! Gunnison Valley locals get a free 5-pack of classes. The local instructors are awesome โค๏ธ
