Tucked into an alley off Elk Avenue, SOUPÇON has been Crested Butte’s most celebrated dining destination for over 50 years. The intimate cabin seats just a handful of tables, creating an experience that feels more like a private dinner party than a restaurant. The menu changes multiple times each season, built around sustainably sourced ingredients from Colorado farms with French technique at its core. Two seatings per night: 5:30pm and 7:45pm ensure every guest gets the full attention of the kitchen. This is the kind of meal you’ll remember long after the trip ends.
