Speaking of “first tracks,” 1 Lapis Ln is served by Mt. CB’s new on-demand shuttle of the same name, offering convenient door-to-door service. Easily get to the base area or the town of Crested Butte and back home, without ever having to drive your car. Just across the street is the iconic Snodgrass Mountain Trail, a local favorite in both the winter and summer, as well as the rec path which connects you to town amenities like the pickleball courts, outdoor park, and fitness trail.
