In a casual and social environment, discover the history, science and health benefits of kombucha, a lightly effervescent and probiotic fermented tea. Students taste a variety of Crested Bucha’s flavors, including a high-alcohol kombucha (7% ABV) and then learn to brew and bottle your own at home. What exactly is a SCOBY? How does the fermentation process work? How can you incorporate flavors and different varieties of tea without killing your brew? All this and more awaits you at Kombucha Klass! Price includes a kombucha brewing starter kit, après ski appetizers and beer and wine. Location: Crested Bucha, the Butte’s newest Kombucha brewery, located on the first floor of the Three Seasons Condominiums.
