After his funeral, which was attended by 20,000 Viennese, the question was, “What do we do now?” Artists in all genres struggled, but particularly in music. Universally, Beethoven’s genius was declared. But, it left the question of what can follow. Learn about those composers and artists that followed, such as Brahms, Wagner, and Klimt.
