Join us in celebrating longtime local resident and writer Shelley Read and the release of her debut, internationally acclaimed novel, Go As a River which has been praised as “stunning” and “a soaring, compassionate tale set against a breath-taking picture of our natural world.”

Townie Books has exclusive early book sale permission, and this will be the first ever event for this book (you can pre-order now with Townie Books and pick up your book at the event). Gather from 6 – 7 pm for drinks and bites celebrating the local writing community, followed by a discussion, reading, and Q&A with Shelley. Book sales and signing to follow. Registration encouraged.
