Starting Monday\, June 16th every week for a total of 9 weeks this summer\, the outdoor event will be held at the Center for the Arts outdoor stage once again. \nJune 16 | Local Music featuring Floyd Bauler and Big Love Car Wash \nJune 23 | Paul Hoffman (Of Greensky Bluegrass) \nJune 30    | Holly Bowling \nJuly 7  | JD Clayton \nJuly 14  | Easy Jim \nJuly 21  | Jacob Larson Band \nJuly 28  | Mihali \nAug 4 | The Galentines \nAug 11  | Hot Like Mars \n \nKnow before you ‘glow\nThere are a few rules and regulations we must follow to continue bringing the concert series to you and we ask that you read this and respect the policies. \nNO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL\nThe Center for the Arts sells beer\, wine\, and liquor under a special events license with the Town of Crested Butte. As such\, no outdoor alcohol is allowed at the event. Please respect this policy and refrain from bringing your own alcoholic beverages. Support the Center and future Alpenglow concerts by purchasing your libations through the Center’s bar. \nNO PETS\nAs much as we love your furry family members\, dogs are not allowed in Town Park. Please leave your pets at home. \nNO GLASS\nGlass is not allowed in Town Park. Please bring your nonalcoholic beverages in cans or plastic containers. \nDO NOT EMPTY YOUR ICE CHEST\nPlease respect Town’s regulation to not empty your ice chest on the park lawn. SUMMARY:Live at Almont Resort: Harmonic Funktion
DESCRIPTION:Tickets & Info \n  \nHarmonic Funktion is a funk fusion band from Gunnison\, Colorado\, formed in the spring of 2024. The concept is rooted in creating original music with inspirational grooves that are perfect for dancing. \nFounding members\, keyboardist Frank Mangum (from popular local bands including MILLK and 100 Mile House) and guitarist Dave Fisher (formerly with Skylar Nimbus and Confluence Band)\, bring over 60 years of combined experience and began the songwriting process together. They soon joined forces with drummer and kayaking legend Josh Young and bassist Caleb Roach\, whose funky grooves laid the foundation for the band’s original sound. \nNext\, keyboardist and guitarist Maggie Leslie added a fresh style of songwriting and an exceptional level of talent to the mix. Then\, the small Colorado mountain town delivered a horn section featuring all-state trumpet player Ariston Awitan IV and saxophonist Erin Geye (also from MILLK and Gypsy Jazz Social Club). Suddenly\, Harmonic FunKtion was developing the smooth yet punchy sound that has quickly become a trending anomaly. \nFinally\, vocalist Sofija Andrew joined the band\, bringing tasteful and powerful vocals that elevated the group into an exciting live act capable of creating lasting memories at any event. Harmonic Funktion is dedicated to writing\, recording\, and performing tight\, crisp funk fusion music\, always with a focus on originality\, groove\, and good times.
