Adam Bartczak is the chairman of The Democracy and is in demand as a performer\, composer\, arranger\, and clinician throughout the country. Recent projects have included presentations of works at the Jazz Education Network Conference\, and The Soul of Jewish Music that premiered in Los Angeles and featured iconic violinist Itzhak Perlman. This is a jeep trip on difficult mountain mining roads. Obstacles range from simple potholes to tight and difficult rocky trails.
